Sets out when fees are refundable. The divvi Mediate ($3,000) and divvi Mediate Pro ($5,000) divorce mediation fees are fully refundable until the first session with the mediator or (on Pro) the Certified Divorce Financial Analyst is held, whichever comes first — divvi Resolve and everything before it included; a split fee is refunded to each payer in the amount they paid; after that first session the fee is non-refundable. A session cancelled inside 24 hours, or missed, is recorded as held. The earlier $2,500 six-hour package stays non-refundable for those who bought it, and its unused hours are not refunded. AI negotiation (Divvi Resolve) is included free with contested divorce; there is no separate Resolve fee. A past Resolve purchase, if one exists, still credits against a later mediation. Contested modification mediation ($1,500 total, $750 per person; $1,000 before 2026-10-09) refunds are handled case by case.

divviResolve is AI-assisted structured negotiation software. It helps you and your spouse privately compare options. It is not a mediator, does not act as a lawyer for either party, does not evaluate whether an option is fair, and does not predict what a court will decide. Nothing you see here becomes binding unless you and your spouse each deliberately accept it and sign.

Live divviMediate sessions are conducted by neutral, qualified mediators who represent neither party. Mediation is voluntary; confidentiality under Utah law has important exceptions (including safety, threats, and legally required disclosures). You are encouraged to have an independent attorney review any agreement before signing.

divviReview uses AI to check your documents for completeness and internal consistency only. It is not a legal compliance review, is not legal advice, is not a substitute for an attorney, and does not guarantee a court will accept your filing.

A Memorandum of Understanding records the changes both parties agreed to, in plain terms, for both to sign. It is not a court order: the existing decree stays in effect and is all a court can enforce until a judge signs an order modifying it.

A paid hour to review the information already on your case and lay out the options it supports. It is NOT mediation — no mediator is assigned, no statutory mediation confidentiality applies, and you do not need to disagree with anyone to book it. It is not legal, financial or tax advice, and divvi will not tell you which option to choose or whether an agreement is fair.

Mediation of a change to an existing Utah court order. The party who asks for the modification pays the whole fee, charged only after the other party agrees to mediate, and any refund goes back to them. One session of up to three hours by video. The other party may take part, and sign this agreement, from a secure email link without an account.

divviTitle is a title report and, later, deed preparation and recording performed by an independent title company (Ohana Title), not by Divvi. Your flat fee is collected by Divvi and paid in full to the title company; Divvi is not a title or escrow company and gives no legal advice about title. A title report is not a title insurance policy or a guarantee of clear title, and the title company sets its own terms for the work it performs.

divviQDRO is provided by an independent qualified specialist who drafts a qualified domestic relations order to the requirements of the relevant retirement plan. The specialist is not Divvi staff, is not acting as your attorney unless separately agreed, and cannot guarantee plan administrator or court approval. Plan-specific requirements vary.

A comparative market analysis (CMA) is an opinion of market value prepared by an independent licensed real estate agent, not an appraisal, and not a guarantee of value or court acceptance. The agent is independent of Divvi.

divviModify prepares modification documents from the information you provide as a document preparation service. It is not legal advice, and Divvi does not recommend whether or how you should modify your order. DivviResolve negotiation (if included) is AI-assisted structured negotiation, not legal advice.

divviPostnup prepares a postnuptial agreement document from the information you provide. It is not legal advice. Postnuptial agreements carry enforceability risks and are far more likely to hold up when each spouse has independent counsel — strongly recommended. Divvi does not guarantee a court will enforce the agreement.

divviApp helps you manage your post-divorce life with a shared calendar, expense splitting, secure messaging, and a file vault. The paid tier adds AI assistance that explains what your own decree says. The AI is not a lawyer and does not give legal advice or predict outcomes; it only explains the text of your order. The analyst works for both of you, before mediation, and with your agreement sees the financial information you have both given divvi. The analyst helps you understand your marital estate and the financial consequences of the options you are considering, does not represent either of you, does not give legal advice, and does not decide anything. The analyst's notes go to your mediator; any the analyst chooses to share go to both of you. Cases involving hidden assets or a refusal to disclose need a forensic accountant or an attorney, not this review.

A review with a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst for one flat fee of $1,000, however long it takes. You book the first meeting — together, separately, or one of you — and the analyst schedules any follow-up. The analyst is an independent professional who works for both of you, sees the financial information you have both entered, and does not give legal advice or decide anything. Shared notes are visible to both of you; private notes are seen only by the analyst, divvi staff and any divvi mediator. The $1,000 is non-refundable once paid; you may reschedule free up to 24 hours before a meeting. It is credited in full toward divvi Mediate Pro.
