What divviFile is

divviFile is a premium service in which a Divvi filing specialist submits the packet you have reviewed to the court and responds to clerk requests on your behalf, including resubmitting documents and providing status updates.

Roles and limits

• Filing specialists are not lawyers and do not provide legal advice.
• Filing specialists do not represent you in court, appear at hearings, or make legal decisions for you. You remain a self-represented party.
• You must review and approve your packet before it is filed.
• Court filing fees are separate and paid directly to the court; the court's rules govern refunds of filing fees.

No guarantee

Divvi does not guarantee that the court will accept, approve, or act favorably on any filing. Courts may reject documents for reasons beyond Divvi's control.

Scope of service

divviFile covers submission and responses to the court for your case through acceptance or final disposition of the filing, as described at checkout. Any service outside that scope is a separate engagement.

Fees and refunds

The fee is stated at checkout. It is refundable if you cancel before the filing specialist begins work; once filing work has started, the fee is non-refundable. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
