Social Security Numbers

Utah courts require Social Security numbers on a sealed Non-Public Information Sheet (Form 1051GEJ). This form is never part of the public record.

Here is how divvi handles SSNs:

  • You enter SSNs directly in your browser
  • The completed form is generated and downloaded entirely within your browser
  • Your full SSN is never transmitted over the network and never touches our servers
  • Only the last 4 digits are stored in our database, solely to confirm you completed the step
  • The downloaded HTML file stays on your device under your control

Account numbers

For bank accounts, retirement accounts, investment accounts, mortgages, car loans, and credit cards, we collect only the last 4 digits of the account number. Full account numbers are never requested, accepted, or stored.

How we use your information
