On its public pages only, divvi uses analytics and heatmap cookies by default (Google Analytics, the Google Ads tag and Microsoft Clarity session replay) to understand how people use the site. Session replay masks all page text and anything typed into forms. Meta advertising measurement (the Meta pixel and server-side conversion reports to Meta and Google Ads) is also on by default on public pages, unless you opt out. We never send your name or case details to these tools. If you have not opted out of advertising measurement, when you book a call, send us a form or pay, we send Meta a one-way scrambled (SHA-256 hashed) copy of the email and phone number you gave us, so they can tell which of our ads worked. They receive the scrambled copy, never the number or address itself; it is not used to text or email you, and opting out or sending Global Privacy Control stops it. None of this runs inside your case. Pages you reach after signing in, invitation links and the sign-in pages themselves load none of these. divvi also uses its own internal activity records to understand progress and operate the service.
We also use a small number of essential storage items (for example, to keep you signed in and to remember your cookie choice). These are strictly necessary and do not require your consent.
You can opt out at any time with the "Opt out" link in our cookie notice or the button below; opting out turns analytics, session replay and Meta and Google advertising measurement off. This is our "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" choice. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we honor it as an opt-out automatically and do not show the notice. Essential sign-in and service storage continue to operate either way.
