This agreement applies to the product named above and is read together with the Terms of Service. Where the two differ, this agreement governs this product. divvi is a document preparation service, not a law firm.
divviApp helps you manage your post-divorce life with a shared calendar, expense splitting, secure messaging, and a file vault. The free core is available to all; the paid tier adds AI assistance ("Ask divvi") that answers plain-English questions about your own court-issued decree.
The AI explains what your decree says — it is not legal advice and does not predict what a court will decide. It only reads the text of your order and answers based on that text. For questions about whether or how to act on your decree, consult a licensed Utah attorney.
You agree not to use divviApp to harass, threaten, or abuse the other party. Divvi may block users who misuse the service. If you are experiencing domestic violence or feel unsafe, call the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-7233 or 911.
The subscription is described at checkout. You may cancel at any time; you will be notified before any automatic renewal. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
