divviQDRO Service Agreement

Who provides the service

divviQDRO is provided by an independent, qualified QDRO specialist who is not a Divvi employee. The specialist is not acting as your attorney unless a separate attorney engagement is entered into. The specialist drafts a Qualified Domestic Relations Order (QDRO) to divide a retirement account consistent with your decree and the requirements of the relevant retirement plan.

What the service includes

• Drafting the QDRO from your decree and plan information.
• Revising the QDRO in response to plan administrator or court requests, including unlimited revisions until the order is accepted, as described at checkout.

What it does not include

• Legal advice about whether or how to divide a retirement account.
• Guarantees that a plan administrator or court will accept a particular QDRO. Plan-specific requirements vary and are outside Divvi's control.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate plan and account information and for reviewing the drafted order. You are encouraged to have the QDRO reviewed by an attorney or financial adviser before submission.
