A comparative market analysis (CMA) is an opinion of market value prepared by an independent licensed Utah real estate agent. It is based on recent comparable sales. A CMA is not an appraisal, is not a guarantee of value, and is not a guarantee of any court or lender acceptance.
The CMA is prepared by an independent licensed real estate agent, not a Divvi employee. The agent is independent of Divvi. Divvi does not guarantee the agent's qualifications or the accuracy of the valuation, though agents in the Divvi network are vetted before joining.
The fee is stated at checkout ($250 flat) with the delivery timeframe described at checkout. Refunds are described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
