This agreement applies to the product named above and is read together with the Terms of Service. Where the two differ, this agreement governs this product. divvi is a document preparation service, not a law firm.

What divviReview is

divviReview uses artificial intelligence to check your generated documents for completeness and internal consistency — missing fields, inconsistencies between documents, and other issues that could cause a filing to be rejected.

What it is not

  • It is not a legal compliance review.
  • It is not legal advice and not a substitute for an attorney.
  • It is not an evaluation of whether your case or your choices are legally sound, fair, or advisable.
  • It is not a prediction of whether a court will accept your filing, and it does not guarantee court acceptance.

Scope

The review covers the documents you select and is limited to completeness and internal consistency. It does not review facts you entered, legal strategy, or the wisdom of any agreement.

Fees

The fee is stated at checkout and is refundable before the report is delivered. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
