This policy describes when fees are refundable. The specific terms of the service you purchase — shown at checkout and in the applicable product agreement — may provide additional detail. Court filing fees are paid directly to the court and are not Divvi fees; the court's rules govern refunds of filing fees.
To request a refund or cancel, contact us at landon@nocourtrooms.com with your account email and the service purchased. We process eligible refunds to the original payment method.
| divviResolve ($500) | Refundable if you cancel before the negotiation session is opened to both parties. If you go on to book a live divviMediate session, the $500 is applied as a credit toward the $1,500 mediation fee. |
| divviMediate ($1,500) | Refundable if you cancel before the session is opened to both parties. Once the mediation session has been opened to both parties, the fee is non-refundable. Rescheduling is available; missed sessions may be subject to a cancellation fee. |
| divviFile ($300) | Refundable if you cancel before the filing specialist begins work on your case. Once filing work has started (submission or responding to the court), the fee is non-refundable. Court filing fees are separate and paid to the court. |
| divviReview ($100) | Refundable if you cancel before the review report is generated. Once the report has been delivered, the fee is non-refundable. |
| divviQDRO ($500) | Refundable if you cancel before the specialist begins drafting. Drafting includes revisions until the order is accepted by the plan administrator or court, subject to the terms of your engagement. |
| divviModify ($300) | Refundable if you cancel before document generation begins. The included divviResolve negotiation is not separately refundable. |
| divviPostnup ($500) | Refundable if you cancel before drafting begins. Once drafting or attorney review has started, the fee is non-refundable. |
| Home Valuation / CMA ($250) | Refundable if the valuation is not delivered within the stated timeframe or you cancel before the agent begins work. A CMA is an opinion of value, not an appraisal. |
| Subscriptions | Any monthly subscription is cancelable at any time and will not renew after cancellation. You will be notified before any automatic renewal charge. |
