divviPostnup prepares a postnuptial agreement document from the information you provide, as a document preparation service. It is built around Utah's enforceability standard — mutual financial disclosure and a clearly documented agreement.

Important risks

• Postnuptial agreements carry enforceability risks, including fraud, coercion, and material nondisclosure defenses.
• Some terms (for example, a full alimony waiver) have not been squarely tested by Utah courts.
• Each spouse should obtain independent legal counsel before signing. Divvi does not guarantee a court will enforce the agreement, and Divvi is not either spouse's attorney.

What it does not do

• It does not recommend which terms either spouse should accept.
