What divviModify is

divviModify prepares modification documents — a Stipulation to Modify, updated child support worksheet where applicable, and proposed modified Order — from the information you provide, as a document preparation service.

What it does not do

• It does not recommend whether or how you should modify your order.
• It does not predict whether a court will grant a modification. Utah requires a material and substantial change in circumstances; whether that standard is met is a legal question you should review with counsel.
• It does not provide legal advice or create an attorney-client relationship.
