What divviResolve is

divviResolve is AI-assisted structured negotiation software. It is not a mediator, not a lawyer, and does not represent either party.

How it works

Each party answers a private intake independently. The software privately surfaces where the parties agree and where they differ, and presents neutral option descriptions the parties can compare and discuss.

What it does not do

• It does not recommend which option either party should choose.
• It does not predict what a court will decide.
• It does not evaluate whether an option is fair or advisable.
• It does not give legal advice. Any legal information it presents is general information, not advice, and is not a substitute for an attorney.
• It does not create a binding agreement. Nothing you see becomes binding unless you and the other party each deliberately accept it and sign.

Privacy and caucus

Each party's private responses are kept separate and are not disclosed to the other party. Option descriptions are neutralized and never reveal the other party's personal disclosures. See the Privacy Notice.

Safety

If either party indicates domestic violence, abuse, coercion, threats, or other safety concerns, the software and Divvi will route to crisis resources and may require human/mediator review or pause the process. See the Agreement to Mediate and the safety materials on the platform.

Review before signing

You are responsible for reviewing all output before signing or filing anything. Divvi strongly encourages each party to consult an independent licensed Utah attorney, and recommends a live mediation session or attorney review where issues remain unresolved.

Fees and credit

divviResolve is included at no separate charge — free with contested divorce, and with every modification and booked mediation. If you paid for divviResolve before it was included, that earlier payment still credits toward a later mediation, per the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
