What Divvi does

Divvi is a document preparation service. From the information you provide, Divvi prepares court documents designed for filing in Utah. Divvi organizes and formats your information into the forms and format Utah courts require.

What Divvi does not do

• Divvi is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
• Divvi does not recommend which legal position you should take or which terms to accept.
• Divvi does not predict what a court will decide or guarantee a result.
• Divvi does not create an attorney-client relationship. You are representing yourself (pro se).
• Divvi does not file documents for you unless you separately purchase divviFile.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information you provide. You must review every document before signing, filing, serving, or submitting it. Errors in your inputs can appear in your documents. Submitting false or incomplete information to a court may have serious legal consequences.

Court acceptance

Documents are designed for filing, but Divvi does not guarantee that any court will accept, approve, or act favorably on them. Courts set their own requirements and may reject or return documents. Filing deadlines and requirements can change and are your responsibility to verify.

Artificial intelligence

Some features use AI to assist drafting and editing. AI output is based on general legal information and your inputs; it is not legal advice and not a prediction. Review all AI-generated content before relying on it. No AI-generated term becomes binding unless you and any other party each deliberately review and accept it.

Fees are stated at checkout and governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
