Pre-divorce coaching

Where to start, how to start, and what to expect doing your own divorce in Utah. You leave set up in divvi with your next actions.

Pre-signing review

Before you sign, we check that every asset is covered and your parenting plan is complete, and explain what to expect next.

Between meetings, text or call your coach, together or privately, and we check in with you weekly on the process.

Who it's for

Couples with an uncontested divorce, who already agree on the terms.

If a disagreement comes up, coaching pauses. Mediation is the separate option, and your $500 is credited toward it.

Policies

Cancellation

Paid when you book your first meeting. Refundable until 24 hours before your first meeting. After that, voluntary cancellation is nonrefundable.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling is free with at least 24 hours' notice. With less notice it's $50.

No-shows

Miss a meeting and rebooking it is $50. You don't lose the meeting. Either fee can be waived for an emergency, and you're never charged when divvi caused the problem.

Moving to mediation

If you move to mediation, your full $500 is credited toward it. It is applied once, as a credit, not a cash refund.

Coaching is not legal advice, mediation or therapy, and it doesn't certify that your agreement is complete or fair. You review, sign and file your own documents.
