Accessibility Statement
Our commitment
Divorce is hard enough without a website getting in the way. We want everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or voice control, to be able to use divvi to understand their options and prepare their documents.
The standard we work toward
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We build with semantic HTML, visible focus states, text alternatives for meaningful images, sufficient colour contrast and layouts that work from small phones to large screens. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we review pages as we build and change them.
Known limitations
Some court forms we generate are PDFs that follow the Utah State Courts' official layouts, and those layouts may not be fully accessible to every assistive technology. Some content from third parties (for example embedded videos or payment screens) is outside our direct control. If either gets in your way, contact us and we will help you complete the step another way.
