- Refunds: Refundable until 24 hours before your first meeting. After that, voluntary cancellation is nonrefundable.
- Rescheduling: Rescheduling is free with at least 24 hours' notice. With less notice it's $50.
- No-shows: Miss a meeting and rebooking it is $50. You don't lose the meeting.
- Either fee can be waived for an emergency, and you're never charged when divvi caused the problem.
- If you move to mediation, your full $500 is credited toward it.
- Coaching is not legal advice, mediation or therapy, and it doesn't certify that your agreement is complete or fair.
