OCAP — the Online Court Assistance Program — was Utah's original online form generator. It has been retired and replaced by MyPaperwork, which lives inside the courts' MyCase system. There is no fee to use MyPaperwork. A petition prepared with it adds $60 (Utah Code § 78A-2-501(5)) under Utah Code § 78A-2-501(5). The older $20 OCAP fee is out of date. If a guide or article still tells you to use OCAP, or still quotes $20, it is out of date.
