What's the difference between divviResolve and divviMediate for modifications?
Resolve is async and AI-assisted — you and your ex each work through the issues on your own time, for $500. Mediate is a live Google Meet session of up to three hours with a qualified human mediator, $1,000. If you do both, the $500 comes off the mediation price in full.
Is this the same as divviResolve for divorce?
No. divviResolve for modifications is scoped specifically to post-decree changes — custody, support, alimony modification — and is priced and structured separately from divviResolve for an original divorce.
What if we don't reach agreement?
You've lost nothing — what you settled still carries into your paperwork, and your $500 credits in full against a live mediation. If you're still stuck, book a divviMediate session with a qualified mediator ($1,000, up to three hours), or escalate to attorney-assisted litigation if it comes to that.
Does my ex have to use divvi too?
Yes — both parties need to participate in intake for Resolve to propose a workable agreement. divvi sends your ex an invite to start their side.
