divviEvaluation · $500 per couple

Know exactly where you stand — and what's left to settle.

For $500 total, you each answer privately, get a PDF of exactly where you agree and where you don't, and meet with a mediator: a 30-minute planning session and 1 hour of mediation.

Start my evaluation

First, create your account. Nothing is charged until your payment step.

Worried your spouse won't take part? You each answer separately, at your own pace, and your spouse can't see your answers while you work. If they haven't finished 10 days after you, your own results open anyway.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Create your accounts and pay

You sign up and invite your spouse. $250 each, or $500 from one of you.

  2. Step 2

Answer separately, then see your results

Easy, step-by-step questions covering everything mediation would ask. Your results show your positions side by side, with a PDF you can keep.

  3. Step 3

Close the gap with a mediator

Book a 30-minute results & planning session yourselves. divvi's team then schedules your hour of mediation, focused on whatever is still open.

Questions

Who is divviEvaluation for?

Couples divorcing in Utah who agree on most things but not everything — the house, a retirement account, the parenting schedule. It finds exactly what is still open and gets you in front of a mediator to work on it.

What does it include?

For $500 total, you each answer privately, get a PDF of exactly where you agree and where you don't, and meet with a mediator: a 30-minute planning session and 1 hour of mediation. Plus an orientation call and a complete intake.

What if my spouse doesn't finish their answers?

You are not held up. If your spouse hasn't finished 10 days after you did, your results open from your own answers, labelled as one-sided.

What if my spouse never takes part?

Your 1 hour of mediation stays on your case in case they join later, and your $500 still counts toward divvi Mediate or divvi Mediate Pro if you book within 30 days of paying.

What if we need more than an hour?

Your mediator recommends the simplest way to finish. If you continue with divvi Mediate ($3,000) or divvi Mediate Pro ($5,000), your $500 counts toward it when you book within 30 days of paying.

Can I get a refund?

The evaluation is not refundable once paid.

Is this legal advice?

No. divvi is not a law firm, and your mediator does not represent either of you. divvi never tells you what to agree to.

An evaluation is not legal advice. If your spouse has not finished their answers within 10 days, you receive your results from your own answers, labelled as one-sided.
