A calm, mobile-first setup. divvi Mediate is $3,000 and includes onboarding, your preparation portal, and mediation for as long as your case needs.

We invite your spouse to the same case
Your partner gets a neutral invitation and joins the same case. Mediation requires both of you to participate — we'll help you both get ready.

Prepare, then schedule your mediation
Each of you completes a private intake and shares financial/family facts. divviResolve organizes your goals, then you book your first session — 2, 3 or 4 hours at a time.
What it costs
- divvi Mediate — $1,500 each or $3,000 — Best for couples with less than $500K in assets: Mediation with a qualified mediator — as much as your case needs; Sessions of 2, 3 or 4 hours, with no additional-hour charge; divviResolve position assessment before your first session; Complete court documents — generated, editable, and signed by both of you; divviReview of your documents before you file; Detailed step-by-step guide to filing it yourself; Premium Parenting Plan — $50 add-on.
- divvi Mediate Pro — $2,500 each or $5,000 — Best for couples with $500K or more in assets: Everything in divvi Mediate; Up to 3 hours with a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst before mediation; Review of your complete financial picture — tax advantages and risks; Premium Parenting Plan, included; Your case manager files your initial filings with the court.
- divvi Mediate is $3,000 — mediation with a qualified mediator for as long as your case needs, in sessions of 2, 3 or 4 hours, with no additional-hour charge ($1,500 each or $3,000). divvi Mediate Pro is $5,000 ($2,500 each or $5,000) and adds up to 3 hours with a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst and the Premium Parenting Plan. Your case manager files your initial filings with the court for you; you send the final pleadings to the court yourself. Court filing fees are separate.
Mediation requires both parties to participate. Your spouse will receive a neutral invitation to join the same case.
