Create your account & choose your service
A calm, mobile-first setup. divviMediate is $2,500 and includes onboarding, your preparation portal, and up to 6 hours of professional mediation.

We invite your spouse to the same case
Your partner gets a neutral invitation and joins the same case. Mediation requires both of you to participate — we'll help you both get ready.

Prepare, then schedule your mediation
Each of you completes a private intake and shares financial/family facts. divviResolve organizes your goals, then you book your first block — up to 3 hours at a time.
What it costs
- divviMediate — $2,500: onboarding, preparation portal, divviResolve, and up to 6 hours of professional mediation.
- divviMediate + divviFile — $3,000: everything above plus assisted court filing.
- Book your hours in blocks of up to three. Unused hours are not refunded. Additional hours are available at the then-current rate; court filing fees are separate.
Mediation requires both parties to participate. Your spouse will receive a neutral invitation to join the same case.
